Refund Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026
If the Arcade Pass isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.
- The Arcade Pass is coming soon. This policy applies from the first sale.
- 14 days from the purchase date, for any reason.
- A refund removes the unlock. Free games stay free.
How to ask
Email support@squarecaster.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please write from the email address on your Squarecaster account, or include the order number from your receipt, so we can find the order. You don’t need to give a reason.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days, sometimes longer.
Refunds through Link
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service and the merchant of record for each order (your statement shows LINK.COM*). Link handles payment support and may also refund an order within 60 days of purchase, for example if you contact Link about it directly.
Your consumer rights
This policy adds to, and never replaces, the rights consumer law gives you where you live. If that law gives you a longer period or a different remedy, it applies.
What a refund changes
- The unlock is removed from your Squarecaster account, on every device.
- Garden Raid, Square Sprint, the Daily Sprint and each game’s free Learn mode and first level stay available.
- A payment dispute pauses the unlock while it is open; if the payment is reversed, the unlock is removed.
- Progress saved in your browser stays there, but levels that need the unlock are locked again. You can buy again later.
